I got vague blurb of the problem and my mom saying he said he broke something on the unit!? Took 3 days and me calling office twice before tech finally called me! And NOWHERE on the paperwork does it state that HE caused more damage to the unit than the original problem!"

We also can help with a pet odor/urine treatment for their carpeting as we do the cleaning process. We can also help our clients protect their flooring investment with a 3M Scotchgard treatment. So as you can see we try to help our clients get the most out of their flooring along with protecting their investments that they have made in their flooring and in their homes with the use of our water damage restoration service.
