Mike presented himself as a family man, who cared from the bottom of his heart about us as a customer. His bid was dead on with many of the other contractors I had come look at my home. He clearly explained what needed to be done, the process of what services were going to be performed, and when I could expect the job to be completed. There were no surprises at the end of our home remodel, which was amazing! I think mike went above and beyond what was expected. One example is our chimney cap that I absolutely love.
