"I can’t believe how happy I am to have chosen (and WAITED FOR!) Universal Windows Direct! It took 16 weeks from signing the contract, to getting the patio door and window made at the factory, to scheduling the install. Today was installation day. After seeing the quality of the products I felt the wait was totally worth it. The installer—Mr. C. Robertson—was obviously an expert window installer. He explained everything and installed the door AND second floor window by himself. Yes, he was his own crew and not one issue or problem came up. "I could not be happier with the final product! The first pic is the old bathroom from the 60s when the house was built. The rest are the final rebuild and it looks great. I would highly recommend VMK Remodeling for any project that you might have. I am also going to get a bid on redoing the deck on the back of the house as Vince's company does decks as well!
