I'm always concerned about hidden factors in a project, unexpected things that has to be fixed in order for the job to be completed successfully, and many companies will nickel and dime you for the unexpected things; not only did the purchase items that was necessary for the unforeseen but they disconnected and cleaned out a pipe that had twisted in the ground and cause water to run the wrong way...into my basement. I believe had it been anyone else they would not have addressed the problem since it wasn't part of the job just part of the problem. I'm truly thankful that they went above and beyondð"
