Adnaw Electric Inc. was supposed to come out yesterday, but he was late, so I ended up seeing another person. I guess I'm about to try to get my money back. He wasn't there when he said he was going to be there. I made an appointment for 9:00 in the morning. My wife took the day off. It was for my mother-in-laws house. He didn't call or anything. He sent me an email earlier in the morning, but I didn't check my email to see that he had double scheduled or something. I called him and he called me back fairly rapidly. We agreed he would come out at 9:00 in the morning. I told him I was going to use the Angie's Big Deal. He said to go online and sign up for it and he would get the information. So, I did that. I called him at 9:30. I couldn't get a hold of him. He called me back in about a half an hour, saying didn't I see his email. I didn't even check my email. He said he didn't call because he didn't want to wake anybody up. I called him back around 10:30 and he did return my call about 1:30 in the afternoon, but by that time, I had already gotten somebody else.

Ozzie is a easy going, professional person. He performed his service meticulously. He un-installed a ceiling light fixture and replaced it with a new one. No damage, total care and fast. Extremely satisfied customer... Will use again.

I saw the Angie's list big deal for electrical panel identification by Adnaw Electric. I was interested in finding out this infromation because I already knew that my laundry room and kitchen shared at least two outlets since I had tripped a cuicuit several times. I called Mr. Mercado to get more information and he explained what would be done. He was willing to come to my home even though it was pretty far from from his business and he was very willing to come at any time that that worked for me. Mr. Mercado arrived exactly on time with an assistant. As they came into my home both of them took off their shoes. This was very considerate and unexpected since the weather was not really bad and it meant they were standing on a cold basemment floor with no shoes. The work to idenify what outlets were on each circuit was done in a timelly manner. I expected to be given the hand written list of the circuits but Mr. Mercado said he would put the information into a spreadsheet and email it to me. I received it the same day. Mr Mercado said my electrical system was in good shape and that I did not need an increase to a 200 amp panel. He also pointed out that when my air conditioner was installed, the pipe into the house had not been sealed well and I was getting a lot of cold air into the basement. He told me how I could seal off the hole. Mr. Mercado discussed which circuit was overloaded and which one did not appear to have any outlets on it. He discussed how the overloaded circuit might be able to be rewired to distribute the load more evenly, using the empty circuit. Overall Mr. Mercado seemed concerned that I did not have any unnecessary work done and the solution for my problem circuit be done iin the most cost effective way. I was pleased with the service provided.

We had a difficult time getting both of our schedules to match up over the holidays, but Ozzie made sure we were taken care of by coming over on New Years day when he otherwise would have been off work. He ran the new wiring and installed the fixture just like we needed and did a fantastic job as well. One thing that I must note here is how clean he was, especially compared to other contractors. Typically I have to go back and clean up after someone has finished their work, but once Ozzie left, you couldn't even tell someone had just cut into walls or added a new fixture. It looked like it had been there all along. The other thing we wanted him to look at was adding additional outlets. He could have easily installed the outlets and taken our money, but instead, he told us why they weren't necessary and showed me other options that were more practical. I rarely have seen this kind of honesty out any contractor and this is why Ozzie will handle all of our electrical needs going forward.

He did a good job and completed the wortk in a reasonable amount of time. He took care of the unexpected issues he ran into and proved to be flexible in resolving them. Overall, this was a very good experience and he did quality work for a very reasonable cost. I would use him again for my home electrical work.

Ozzy, was great!!!! He was punctual, professional, completed the work quickly and with no mess!!! He was completely prepared to do the job.He went over the breakers on the outlet when he was finished. I would not only use Ozzy again but i would highly recommend him to others!!!!!

Was having some issues with my circuits in my unit and browse the internet for a electricians Adnaw Electric/Ozzy was one of the companies that popped up so I contacted him as well as the other companies and after reviewing the quotes received and background and references I choose Adnaw Electric cause Ozzy explained in detail what I needed to have done to fix my problems as well as he had a great personality , also the price was lower by like 25 percent . I needed the light in my bedroom and kitchen replaced so i contacted Ozzy through a recomendation from a friend and he answered and stated he would be available tomorrow which was October 11, he came out as scheduled and looked at my light fixtures and replaced them very quickly and in a very professional matter. He also took the time to review my other electrical in my unit and stated that the gfi in my bathroom needed replacement , he said he had one in his truck and would be happy to replace at no additonal charge.
