I would have reported them to BBB but they dont seem to exist anywhere except here and some website called Houzz where their account is suspended. I dont think this is a real company. Beware!!!!!"

"For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best **** mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since. We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. Rubbing alcohol won’t damage most countertops, and you can mix it with water to create a disinfecting spray to keep your kitchen clean. It’s safer than using bleach on countertops, which can stain and cause discoloration. Be careful with rubbing alcohol when it comes to lacquered or varnished surfaces, though.

Epoxy is the best sealer for concrete countertops. It fills in gaps, rough areas, and imperfections for a smooth finish and will usually last the life of the concrete. Other options include acrylic and polyurethane sealers, which protect the countertops from stains but must be reapplied every few years to maintain proper surface protection.

Never put a hot pan on epoxy countertops, as it may melt or show heat damage. Epoxy countertops can only handle temperatures of 150 to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, while pans regularly reach temperatures between 300 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. If you have an epoxy countertop, always use a trivet or towel before setting down a hot pan.

Unfortunately, you cannot put hot pans directly on laminate countertops, as the heat can cause significant damage. The heat can cause chips, burns, and marks, plus weaken the laminate. If you do have something hot you need to set down, then be sure you use a trivet or towel as a barrier between the countertop and pan so you can prolong its life.

How often you need to reseal marble countertops depends on the quality and color of the stone, the traffic on the surface, and the type of sealant. Sealing at least once a year is the general rule of thumb. However, if your large family loves to cook or the countertops are in a busy family bathroom, you might have to reseal them every six months (or more). The surfaces of your rarely used guest bathroom might not need resealing for a few years.
