29 Two installers arrived on time. Spread dropcloths on the floor. Pulled out the old countertops and drawers on the top so the contents wouldn't get dirty. Cut the granite to fit the sink. Made an adjustment for me where the corner of the counter was sticking out too far. Glued the countertops...

"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

They had been badly done prior to my purchase of the house and were failing, to the point of falling off. They purchased the necessary hardware, came back the next day and did the installation. They were on time and worked until the job was finished. Their work quality and concern to get the work done correctly was top drawer. And they were honest, telling me the quote for materials was high, and revising their bill lower. Overall I was very happy and will use them again."
