Description of Work: I picked up my wife coat. They clean and do all of the storage.

Description of Work: I went to Angelo's Leather and Furs of Oak Lawn to have my mink coat shortened. I wanted 4 inches taken from the bottom the owner insisted 3 1/2 inches. I went with his recomendation. I left the coat on the 18 of November 2010 and returned to pick it up on the 22nd of November. The coat was only shortened 2 and 3/4 inches. I informed the owner that the proper amount was not taken from the bottom of the coat upon which he verbally insulted me saying "everytime I come into his store I cause trouble". The olny time I have ever been in pryor to this ocassion was when I brought the coat to him. I left with my coat and the piece that was removed, this was a pre-paid deal so he received his $250.00 and the job was not done to my satasifaction. On November 23, 2010 I was called by his sales woman and she asked me to return to the store because the owner was sorry for his ignorance. I returned with the coat and was told that another 1/2 inch would be taken from the bottom. On November 27, 2010 I called Angelo's to find out if my coat was ready, I was told he was too busy and would have to wait another week for the work to be completed. After this, he changed the date and told me I could pick up the coat on Monday November 29, 2010. I need the coat and I returned his call and told him I need the coat that day November 27, he said fine and he would have it ready that day. One hour later after the initial phone conversation he called to tell me that the work had been completed and I could come and pick it up. No further work was done to the coat and the extra 1/2 inch was removed.
