"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Clean Tech Maid Service, Inc. is located in Minooka, IL. We have been in business since August of 1998. We provide 5 star professional cleaning services to residents and businesses within a 30 mile radius from our office/shop. Clean Tech is fully insured and all employees are bonded. All of our cleaning technicians are employees. We do not hire sub-contractors. Our employees are subject to background checks, drug tests and other hiring requirements.

"By any objective standard my home was not cleaned well. Toilets were left filthy, floors and stairs covered in dirt and dust. Kitchen left with grime. Sinks still had rust around rim of drain and sinks dirty in general. Toilet seats dirty overall- under seats, under rim, all inside bowl- by the owner's own admission. That was my initial complaint. My biggest concern was how I was treated when trying to resolve my issue. When i could not get the issue properly taken care of, I left an honest review and was verbally attacked and harrassed by an employee (Allison). I was called names, bashed, said I was a liar, a psychopath- and much more- all on Facebook on their own site under my review. It was awful and an embarrassment to their company. I'd be very wary hiring this company, should you not be satisfied with the job they do and voice your concerns they will treat you terribly and talk to you with such ignorance and disrespect as they did to me. Very unprofessional and beyond disrespectful."
