"Mr McDonagh sent his worker the day after we agreed on a price to begin the project. He repiped the shower and removed a drum trap that was no longer in use and put in the base of the shower.
     Since I had to remove tile, the walls were not smooth. I had to replace one wall and cover holes in the other wall. It took me 10 days to accomplish this task. I called to have someone come out and finish the job. There was some misunderstanding about when the work was to be finished but we straightened it out and on 3/27/13 the work was completed. He did an excellent job and there was no need for me to clean up because he left the bathroom the way he found it.

"Tried to get a qoute, but they said he would give a qoute after arriving! Qoute too high he started to leave but did not replace clean-out cover! When I informed him I was too old to replace cover and concrete block! I could see he was angry! Later when doing laundry, notice water coming out of clean-out area!
