It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

"Installed roof on new construction home. 1 yr later several problems and signs of leaking. The roof has many low nails, some very low nails and some of those are blown all the way through. There are shingles missing right at the valley and have been missing for a while, the felt is not black at all anymore. There are probably 40 holes through the shingles where the siding installers nailed their pump jacks through the roof. There is a snow valley on the west side of the home where the valley is backwards allowing water to run underneath the snow valley. There are several face nails throughout the roof that were never sealed. There are a few face nails that serve no purpose where someone may have shot a nail gun on accident and did not replace the shingle. Overall the roof has many areas that need addressed. Contractor not taking responsibility. Would NEVER recommend!!"

With patience, you can often save a dried paintbrush. Soak the bristles overnight and clean the brush as you would any other time. You'll likely have to repeat the cleaning steps, including soaking, more than once.

In most cases, paint primer is necessary before painting over wood paneling. A hardy primer formula covers up stains and leaves a grippy surface for the new paint to hold onto. There are two primer choices: oil-based or latex-based. Choose an oil-based primer for durability and adhesion, but prepare for extra dry time and more VOC (volatile organic compounds) fumes. Or, pick a stain-blocking latex primer. They’re easy to apply, clean up, and affordable.

There are several pros and cons to brick houses, including the fact that painted brick requires more maintenance than bare brick. For one, you need to repaint the surface every 10 or so years. This is a costly and time-consuming process that requires sanding, scraping, washing, and a new coat of paint. You also need to touch up the paint if it chips or fades. Unpainted brick, on the other hand, may need cleaning periodically, but you won’t need to go to the same levels you would for painted brick.

You can paint over wallpaper, but it’s not usually recommended, especially if the wallpaper underneath is textured or dirty. If you do decide to paint your wallpaper, make sure it’s in good condition and clean it very well. Make sure all corners and edges of wallpaper are glued down before you paint, as well.

A combination of different things will give you the smoothest paint finish. Cleaning properly, sanding, using the right paint and paintbrush, straining the paint, and using select paint additives will all contribute to a smooth paint finish.
