"We hired Brian to waterproof our basement last year but this year, we received a heavy rainstorm that created massive flooding around the area. Everything Brian waterproofed was bone dry but there was an exit door entry way that we never even considered waterproofing. The door held back most of the water but it managed to get in through the cracks of the door. 

I contacted multiple companies that night and the next morning, but Brian was the only one who responded back first thing in the morning. He agreed to meet us at our house to assess the problem, and we appreciated that he arrived quickly. He initially scheduled us for the next Monday, but after understanding our urgency, he bumped us up to the next day. After some heavy rains, we noticed that we were still getting some seepage in our "waterproofed" basement. After contacting Brian (for our lifetime warranty or whatever), he said he would come out. He then proceeded to cancel/make an excuse the next 3-4 appointments. Then he just stopped responding to emails/calls. We're very disappointed because we really liked Brian. Now we have to open the walls to see where the seepage is coming in and call someone else to seal them."

"The OLI team removed a very large tree from a tight spot in my backyard. This project required a crane that lifted the entire tree out over my back door neighbor's house, down a shared driveway. This feat was accomplished without any damage to anyone's property. While backing out one of the pieces of equipment between my house & my neighbor, the crew stoped & plucked a large dead branch from another tree belonging to my next door neighbor. They didn't have to do that; but, they did. Everyone was happy. My tree was the second job OLI had done on my block. Probably will not be the last. Great crew. I highly recommend."
