"After interviewing representatives from two other companies (Home Depot & Pella) and viewing many Window World YouTube installation videos, I selected Window World. Home Depot - I didn't feel comfortable using Home depot, although their window seemed to be a high quality window. I just didn't feel good about their proposed installation process. Pella - While I felt comfortable with the window quality and the installation process, their pricing was nearly double what Window World quoted. I asked all three vendors what they could tell me about the other two companies. This was quite informative. I was impressed that all were hesitant to say anything negative about the others. However, I pressed them to share why they felt I should select them over the others. The Pella representative made statements which later research revealed were either misleading or false. This created trust issues. The Window World installation crew arrived when expected and worked well together. They surpassed my expectations by "going the extra mile". I had many questions during the installation, which they answered completely. The crew leader even made a suggestion (then implemented it) for how to deal with the spot left over when mullions were removed during conversion from side by side double hung windows to one larger sliding window in 3 different locations. I don't handle surprises well, so I ask lots of questions and do lots of research beforehand. Yes, their were some surprises with Window World, but they were all "good" surprises which exceeded my expectations.. The work was completed much quicker than I expected. They cleaned up the demolition mess completely. The windows look very good and function well."

"OMG, WILL NEVER call another contractor for a bid in Window World's area of expertise! Last week, as I was coming home from vacation, in traffic near Chicago, I received a call wanting to schedule an install date. I agreed that the following Monday would be fine. Requested an expected arrival time. was told between 8 & 9 a.m. I HAD to leave at 9:45 a.m. and did so.No-one had arrived to start siding. I put it off to bad weather. Didn't arrive home until mid-afternoon Monday. I found my 3 story home stripped of the old steel & vinyl siding AND nearly completely clad in the new insulation! The man running the crew came to my door asking if there was somewhere safe he could leave their tools etc. I was able to give them half my garage. The crew arrived shortly after 7 am.Tues. Worked until 7 pm. NON-stop! Then on Wednesday LESS THAN 3 days from starting job!!!) This crew had COMPLETED the job & was cleaning up & reloading their truck! The field supervisor was dumbfounded! The head of the crew even taught him a couple of things about siding, to make the job better with NO extra cost to homeowner! THANK YOU ANGIE'S LIST! Not only did you save us thousands of dollars, but I got a top notch crew out of it! Those men on the crew were such hard-workers and so polite! I am thankful, Window World of East Peoria, was able to access and use this crew! Shoot, I'd hire the crew again if they did more than siding!"

"This is an awesome company and their service were superior. After purchasing a home in Decatur and thinking that when I purchased this house that the mole problem was remediated. The company T.I.C. was to remove the mold and they did nothing but paint the walls, it was a cover up. I begin to get ill and I called Healthy Homes. Caleb, Peyton and their crew oh my goodness they were wonderful. They were professional, respectful and yet personable. They explained what they were going to do and they tirelessly worked to remediate my problem. They got the job done, they removed the mold and everything else that had mold on it. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
