They were very quick in setting up an appointment to do the installation. Their store in Bloomington had several examples of windows to choose from. They answered all our questions. All we had to do was to make sure that each window had 2 feet of clearance around them. They were fast, but everything was installed with care. Recently had a fairly hard rainstorm, but every window did NOT leak! Quality windows that easily open and close (and lock). Seriously considering them to replace our siding in the near future!"
