"Jeff explained everything on our call to schedule so there would be no surprises.  Provider showed up on time, and was expected to take6 hours.  In four and a half hours, he was packed up, leaving behind no mess and a great looking bathtub.  Both the provider and scheduler were happy to answer question and provide information on how best to care for the tub afterwards.  These guys were great!
