Customer service is great - we had a strand of LED lights act up right after installation and they were right out to replace the strand. "Would be tough to find another company that works so hard with great pricing and top notch work. They installed a paver patio with a tv wall with a fire pit and sitting wall. They also added in a walkway with landscaping and sodded the rest of the yard. Their work is phenomenal! I can’t say enough about the crew but they put their all into your project to make sure you’re very happy!"

Brian, the owner, contacted me within an hour of my HomeAdvisor submittal to review my needs and provided a very competitive written quote soon after. Once hired, we scheduled the work a few days later. David, his master recessed can electrician, arrived for the apportionment and reviewed the job, provided expert advice on the layout, and then proceeded to complete the job quickly and on budget. This included correcting some previous non code junction box issue he found without charging me extra to correct. Both David and Brian were professional, courteous and sought my input when any question came up. I would say they wanted to make sure I was extremely happy with the job before considering it completed. I would not hesitate to call Parker Electric for any further electrical work and would highly recommend you give them a chance to bid your project!! The difference with Parker is they will help you with suggestions to your project instead of just doing the work. It was a real pleasure doing business with them."

They handled all the permits and hoop-jumping nonsense with the village, began the project on time as promised and delivered a great backyard oasis and front yard transformation.
