"Omar provided good work at a good value. I called a handful of contractors and his quote was easily the most reasonable and straightforward. He was able to get the job taken care of not long after I reached out and was just generally very efficient. I would definitely work with him again for other jobs."

Customers say: Quick response

"I started out just doing my bathroom and ended up doing a hallway kitchen. I was in with about a week. I am very pleased with their work. They were very quick and efficient. They cleaned up every day and never left you with without any water. I live in a one bedroom a condo and I only had one bathroom so I always had facilities. Fernando is very concerned and and you can tell he cares about the people that he works for his crew is amazing. I was fortunate enough to work with his son and his son-in-law. They’re a great team. I have to show off my bathroom so here’s a picture of my bathroom. I absolutely love it. Thanks, Fernando."

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can use food coloring to find a pool leak. Alternatively, you can use pool detection dyes that are nontoxic and biodegradable. Depending on how much food dye you have on hand, it may be more cost-effective to use pool dyes.

The dye test is one of the best swimming pool leak detection tools because the dyes are heavier than water. By observing where the dye gets sucked in, you can find the location of your leak.

Filter balls don’t work as well as sand filters because they’re unable to handle large debris, are prone to clogging, and require frequent cleaning. While they can seem more convenient and less expensive than sand filters, most need to be removed and washed regularly, or they won’t filter well and struggle with algae and dirt. Speak with your pool maintenance pro about the best filtration option for your pool.

Pool lights are designed to be safe by protecting swimmers from electrocution. These lights are made with waterproof fixtures and seals to prevent contact with the water.

Electrocution from pool lights is still possible, but rare. Faulty wiring or broken lighting equipment can make lights unsafe, so it’s important to replace lights as needed and have an electrician inspect and upgrade the wiring.

The lifespan of a semi-aboveground pool depends on the lining, but they last between seven and 15 years on average. This is right in line with what you can expect from a standard aboveground pool. In comparison, an in-ground pool can last up to 75 years with a well-maintained concrete liner.

Both above ground and inground pools can have pool liners. Inground pools made of gunite don’t need pool liners, and you’ve probably walked along an unlined pool and felt the ripples and ridges on the floors and walls. But adding a liner over gunite or other pool types helps protect the wall panels from algae growth.
