The garage was torn down before he even had the permit approved, so we've been without a garage since around December of 2016. He did to the so-called prep, but another contractor said the work was horrible and would need to be redone. We have called, written, emailed, and he refuses to take our calls. My husband went to his house on several occasions to try to get him to either refund the money or do the work. NO RESULT."
