Best deck repair pros near Lindenhurst, IL

"Went so so. There was an issue with the installation. The company came back out to fix their mistake. The initial install of the chair rail was too low. So the chairs were still hitting the wall and damaging it. They had to come back out to take it down and reinstall. During the take down of the original installation the contractor ripped the top layer of drywall along the entire length of the chair rails. Which damaged the walls. After this company performed the work I needed to pay another contractor to repair the walls that were damaged during this project. The damaging of the walls was not communicated to me during the rework. It was unexpected. During the rework I also had to go buy additional materials and then return unused additional materials. So this project caused me unexpected time having to spend time explaining the mistake, having to make a couple extra trips to the hardware store for materials for rework. As well as unexpected additional costs to pay a drywall contractor to mud and sand the unexpected tears in the wall. This company said the tears were because there was wallpaper that was covered up. However the drywall repair contractor I hired to fix the damage said that was not the case."

"I hired Scott to repair structural rot and replace siding on my shed. He was practical, professional and easy to talk with. He understood the scope & scale of the project and got it done in a timely manner. This was a smaller, filler type project for him, but I could tell that he approached my project in the same manner he would for his larger projects. I am happy with his work and would not hesitate to call him again."

"We had an eleven year old cedar deck that needed sanding and restaining as well as replacing some rotting boards. We received several estimates for the work and Minquiz Construction came in with a quote that was very reasonable. We are so glad we chose them to do the job. Angel is a craftsman. Our deck stairs had an interesting design and Angel replicated that design and it actually looks better than it did originally. He ended up having to put several coats of stain on the base and he worked on it until it was perfect. We would definitely use Minquiz again."

"I was satisfied with the service. They provide ideas on how to make the deck stronger. I don't have any issue, and they give a 1-year warranty."

"We used Eric and his team to give our house a complete face-lift...new kitchen, new bathrooms, wood floors, new doors, window framing, painting, can lights...I'm sure there is more that I am forgetting. They did AMAZING work! Eric and his guys are professional, the communication was great, the finishing touches elite, and the job was finished on the date he said it would be done (which is unheard of). I recommend Eric to all of my friends and I will continue to use him for projects that come up in our house."

"Rob did a great job for the repair that needed done. It was a small job and other handymen/women were not even going to look at the project. He was able to fix the issue, and the repair is great. For future repairs i will call on Rob."

"Scott was timely, friendly and efficient. He performed excellent work and the door looks as it did before damaged."

"We hired Brandon to tear down and rebuild our existing deck and screen it in. We also had him cover up our front stairs with composite decking over the concrete. His attention to detail and craftsmanship was excellent. He put in long days to complete the projects on time and correctly. All passed city inspections without issues. He was easy to work with and worked with us even as we made last minute changes. We are so impressed with his work that we are bringing him back in the Spring to replace and repair our front door. Don't pass him up!"

"Frank and the crew we had on our two projects (shower remodel and deck) were great to work with. They were professional, straight forward and helpful during the process. Jason and Miguel were great to work with and always left the work sites clean and tidy at end of the day. Both projects were completed timely and we are super satisfied with the results. We interviewed several contractors and Frank and his crew are the best! We will definitely be using Ultra Source Performance for future projects."

"Did an excellent job. Including cleaning up and even painted the door jamb he repaired"
