Our company accepts all types of masonry repairs and carpentry. We restore any type of masonry including tuck pointing and grinding , brick work, stone, terracotta, concrete, lentil replacement, chimneys, flues, and acid washing and brick cleaning, wall water proofing. and removal and installation of any type of caulking. We have 19 years of experience including apprenticess with well known masonry contractors. We can provide excellent reviews from current and past customers.

RM3's Services has at total of 1-3 employees we are a sub contractor in the Kendall county area that does work all around the Chicago-land area. We come out to you with a free quote and we do bill with a fifty percent down payment and once the work is done the rest will be do.

Being handy is what I love to do. I love helping people complete projects that have been placed on the back burner for a long time. I first like to meet with clients and talk through the project. I will then email an estimate of the project to you to overlook with no pressure. Then as work begins I will email the invoices to you. Those are to be paid upon arrival. I will ask for 40% up front for material. But all of this can be worked out to best fit your needs I will be doing 99% of the work myself. I do have licensed plumbers that will be available if you have plumbing jobs that need done. I do have a full time job. So most of my work is performed after I am off work and on the weekends. I have been known to take time off work to work on clients projects.

Living 4 the Dream is a 2 owner company with 8 employee's. We are a general contracting company that does most of the work, but will sub-contract a job if that is what is needed. Billing is handled by our secretary who sends out an invoice/contract before the job even starts. The contracts list in detail what the job entails and if everything (ex: price, dates, materials, procedures, etc.) are to your satisfaction we have the consumer sign the contract and send it back to our secretary. From there the owner will also sign the contract and have it sent back to the consumer so they have an agreement contract on hand.We do not offer promotions or financing specials. We do however offer free estimates.
