Handyman Connection of Wheaton

I have used Handyman Connection in the past and they have done an excellent job. Their pricing was reasonable. It took two workers less than an hour to complete the job and they left the area very clean. I was pleased. I liked their punctuality, they came out when they said they were going to come out, the pricing was good, they knew their job and they did it professionally. Being in law enforcement, I rate everything on professionalism, so they were professional.

They did a great job. I've used them several times. They've done painting for me and some other miscellaneous repairs.

It was just a tiling that had to be done after some plumbing work that was done. It was a good one. I was pleased with the price. I thought it was fair. The quality was fine. It was very timely. They answer the phone calls and when they said they were going to show up they were there. The punctuality was great, couldn't have been better. They were there when they said they would be there. I didn't see anything wrong with it. I would use them again. I talked to someone else and it was going to go be a bigger deal and they were able to make it easier. It took a couple of hours. The work manwas really good. he said we are going t have to wait for it to dry so he did something else for me. Since he had time, he put up some closet doors for me. It looked just like it did before he came. Very professional and efficient.

They were phenomenal, excellent. They were amazing. I could not have been happier with the work. They did it for half the price the other guy. They were in constant communication. They let me know where they were at and how long. The guy was great, he would not let me help him carry anything up or anything. One guy, maybe 2 hours max. He got everything situated and sealed. It was a window frame and he got all 45s, and all lined up.

One person came out to do the work. He was good. You can trust them. They are reliable and their prices are very fair.

They have done a great job for me and my clients, I continue to send them work. They are doing some work currently. I am a realtor and refer them to my clients. I will absolutely use them again.

They did a good job. It has been three years and it still looks great. It's well built and it matched the deck perfectly. I don't remember having any problems with them.

Cleaned and lubricated the fan motor. This saved us the cost of a complete replacement.

Bruce of Handyman Connections came out to give me an estimate on the repair work in the bathroom. After we sat down and talked about the project I decided to have Handyman Connection do the work. I've used Handyman Connections in the past and have always been very satisfied with the results. The job took a little over a day and half to complete. Bruce was not only very professional, he was timely, and did a great job of keeping the area clean both days. I would not hesitate to use or recommend Handyman Connections for any home repairs or projects in the future.

He took some time as he is the only one working, but figured out how to repair a hinge another handyman supposedly fixed.

I called the office to request for a quote for some plumbing and electrical work to be done around the home. I was told that someone would get back to me to schedule a visit. A week passed and I received no calls. I had to call back and was told that they could have someone come over to provide an estimate for just the plumbing as they did not have anyone on hand for the electrical. I accepted and had a technician come over. I received a verbal estimate and was told that they would email me an estimate. Several days (months) have passed and I am yet to receive anything from them, let alone a follow-up call. As they clearly do not care or value my business, I contacted someone else via Angie's List.

All was done perfectly and work areas cleaned up as he went

Everyone from the office to the the team on site was great. Work was done exactly as I asked, completed in the estimated time and clean up was good. I will be hiring them again. I've finally found the handyman service for which I've been searching.

Avram (I think that is how to spell his name) was on time, efficient, and patient with me when I asked him to change the position of the shelf slightly (which I knew was a job). I thought his price was fair.

It went great. Bruce did an excellent job of securing the downspout, offering hints about the caulking that was needed and cleaning the area involved. Bruce was very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. He completed the work in a timely manner all to my satisfaction.

John was on time (called ahead to say he could arrive 15 min early, which he did and I appreciated). Took a look at the work I needed to have done, checked out the old vanity top and the replacement. Gave me a written estimate for a fair price and said he do the job immediately, if I approved. Once I gave the go ahead, he got his tools and started right away. He cleaned up the space after he finished and even carried the old vanity top out to the curb for us. John was very courteous and professional and we are very pleased with his work.

We were very pleased with the responsiveness and timeliness. The young man who did the work, German, was very diligent and thorough in what needed to be done. He even swept up and cleaned up after the job was finished. Very friendly and professional. He explained what needed to be done and why. Will definitely go back to this company with future work.

1. Looks good, but door was installed over rotted wood. Door does not open cleanly. 2. Excellent work overall, but sloppy finish. 3. Complete train wreck. Still haven't used the bathroom 2 months later. Have a ton of odds and ends to clean up, including regrouting the shower and caulking the joints. Grout was not sealed. Need to redo the vanity medicine cabinet/mirror. Wobbles and isn't secured to the wall correctly. No handles installed on the vanity drawers. Toilet was installed correctly, as was the shower door. New trim was not caulked. Trim for recessed lights was lost or thrown away. Knobs for shut-off valves are gone. Opened grout bag was left on white bedroom carpet and stained it.

The price was very reasonable. They were very good. They were quick and efficient.

We needed a quick fix since our tenant was unable to lock his front door properly and they were able to get somebody out the next day. I was given a 2 hour time window but Adrien called earlier to let me know that his first job was running a little behind and then again when he was on the way - still well within the 2 hour time frame I was originally given. I was thrilled that he was able to fix the problem without having to replace the whole door or frame. Adrien was prompt, courteous and professional and I would not hesitate to use again for other projects.

I was exceptionally pleased with Jeremy, the drywall specialist, who arrived on time. Since he came in his own car, I asked for an ID and he showed me proof he was from Handyman Connection. An important factor in todays times. He was very professional, explained what he was doing and cleaned up when done for the day. This was suppose to be a two day job but ended up being three due to the humidity. In truth, Jeremy is a perfectionist and that couldn't have made me any happier. If I ever need any work done again, I won't hesitate to call Handyman Connection and if possible, ask for Jeremy.

I received a text message notifying me that my handyman was on the way, they provided a link to provide arrival time. Shawn came and was so professional and so courteous. I felt so comfortable having him here. I had a few odd jobs to do but he did a FANTASTIC job. No complaints. I have had so many bad experiences with contractors over the years. Its so good to see there are business in the area that provide superior customer service and quality work. I would recommend to anyone. This company is awesome! I will be using again. Thank you!

He was supposed to replace my porch. He replaced the boards and banners however he used nails instead of screws. Then he left and said he would be back the next day but wasn’t; we had to call him back to finish and he was mad about it. When he came back he spray painted the porch without removing the old paint first. He also got paint on the bushed, killed several plants, sprayed the side of my house, and missed several spots on the deck. Next he poured the extra paint onto the grass in my back yard and left a ton of nails on the ground.
