Day of install empire over charged my card. The installers still asked for payment and had to call corporate to see why my card was charged?..also why no payment was showing up. After doing a 3way call with Empire and Capital One nothing was resolved and the CC company confirmed the pending charge. Thus is still a on going issue."

"Every thing went well.  Installer came in ready to go to work.  Quickly determined what needed to be done.  Took care to protect our stuff.  Quickly pulled up old carpet and removed toilet. Underlayment was bad due to water damage. Removed and replaced. Finished install of new tile. Whole process took a little over 3 hours.  Price beat all local competitors."

When we were ready, he provided an approximate date to begin and end the work. His roofing crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. They listened to any questions I had and tried to accommodate us. Mike was in communication every day of the project and very interested in making sure we were completely satisfied. Because of the size of the roof, it became a two-day project and Mike was apologetic. We never considered it a problem and the crew started before 7:00 am every morning. There were a few extra things provided by Mike and his crew, some tree trimming, a couple of nails tidying up a sagging garage door and a little extra cleanup around the house.
