"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

The obvious disadvantage of an automatic gate is that it runs on electricity. If the power goes out, it won’t open or close unless there’s a manual override. If you don’t have a lot of clearance, a sliding gate can save space. But keep in mind that sliding gates may require more maintenance to keep in operating condition, and swinging gates are often less expensive.
