"I had an existing sump pump for our home addition which, at times, had a tough time keeping up with water coming into our sump pit. We also had no sump backup system. Fortunately, we've had very reliable electric service - but having no backup was pushing our luck, and I wanted to be ready if & when we needed it. Brian proposed a pump upgrade to deal with the existing pump's performance, and set us up with a nice battery backup which would also allow for a 2nd battery if I wanted to add it down the road. He gave me a great price, and offered a credit for our existing sump. Our system was set up by an installer who worked quickly & neatly, and he went through how the system operated. The system has been in use for almost 1/2 year now, and dealt with some pretty substantial rainfalls very well... it ejects water faster, cycles less, and is a lot quieter. I haven't been aware of the backup being called into action, but it tests fine & I don't expect any issues. Overall, I'm really pleased with the equipment & service that Brian provided, and would recommend him & his company for their honesty, reliability and excellent service. "
"Based on our past experience with AOM (interior painting), we used them to powerwash our home. They had all the appropriate equipment and did an excellent job. Our 20 year old vinyl siding looks totally refreshed. David is easy to work with and goes the extra mile. We will continue to AOM for future projects. "

Playground Equipment questions, answered by experts
The average cost to install a playground is around $500, with most homeowners spending between $150 and $1,200 on installation labor. The total project cost can range from $500 to $2,500. These prices typically do not include the playground equipment itself, which can cost an additional $100 to $1,500.
Several factors influence the final installation cost:
Playset Details: The type, size, material, design complexity, and number of accessories.
Site Preparation: Costs may increase if the land needs to be leveled.
Yard Accessibility: Difficult access for installers can raise labor costs.
Customization: Custom-built playgrounds are more expensive to install than premade kits.
Permits: Local permitting fees may apply.
Additionally, remember to budget for playground surfacing, which can cost $15 to $160 per cubic yard, or up to $225 per cubic yard for poured rubber.
Whether building a playground or installing a pre-made one is more affordable depends on the materials of each. In most cases, it’s more affordable to build a wooden playground than it is to buy one and have it professionally installed, but it might be less expensive to invest in a pre-made plastic playground, even if you pay a professional to install it. Wooden playgrounds tend to last longer, but as children age, they will become less valuable. Overall, it may be most affordable to have a pro install a pre-made plastic playground.
Both indoor and outdoor basketball courts are excellent options, and the best choice depends on factors like your local climate, available space, and budget. As long as the court and hoop dimensions are standard, any player can get a great workout and improve their skills on either type of court.
The primary drawback of an outdoor court is that weather, such as rain and wind, can hinder playing time. An indoor court solves this problem, allowing you to play anytime. However, installing an indoor court can be costly and takes up a significant amount of space that might otherwise serve as a living area.
It’s usually possible to install a playground yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Playground construction can be complicated and involves moving large, heavy, and bulky components into place while you affix them to other pieces. Not only is the work physically demanding, but any mistakes could reduce the lifespan of your playground and potentially put any children who use the equipment at risk of injury. It’s relatively inexpensive to hire a professional playground installer, and it’s usually worth the investment, if only for the peace of mind it provides.
Children can become interested in playset activities as young as two years old, and many start to lose interest between ages nine and 12. Backyard playsets can grow and adapt as the children age and playtime interests change.
