After about 2 years, I contacted the tub people and the technical people sent me the part and told me how to install the heater and pump. I ended up hiring someone to take out the tile to get to the parts that needed repair. I still have not grouted the tile back in as am waiting to see if it works properly. All in all, we were marginally satisfied with the job, but follow up service did not exist. The promises and dodging of phone calls got old. I finally gave up."
