The Owner/Operator (Ray) takes care of most jobs, using one part-time employee when necessary. We do act as sub-contractors on certain projects when presented with feasable opportunities. Residential clients pay upon job completion (check, cash or MO)and Commericial clients are billed at 30 day pay out max. We have a trip charge of $30 - $75 when travel mileage exceeds 30 miles.
