"AWFULLY cleaned should be the name. I requested cleaning for moving in to our recently purchased home that was left pretty dirty. I chose the move out clean, which entailed all things that needed to be done like dusting, cleaning appliances, getting rid of cob webs etc. Well, to say the least they sucked at doing what they said they would do. I took pictures of the house after they "cleaned". BIGGEST SCAM EVER. They did say they would come back, which one cleaner did. Yet the house was still not done to the level of clean they advertised. Vents, light fixtures, dishwasher, window sills, etc. were still left dirty. Peep the pictures to see just SOME of their cleaning. I borderline wanted to report it to my bank account as fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Owner will try to state that these are from the before. I will post the time stamps to show these photos are 1000% from after. Secondly, painters were not there until the next day, when your cleaner came back. I was not present for the final walk through, my husband was, he was unaware of the secondary clean so he would not know what he was looking at. There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients. I did reach out that I was not satisfied and this is where you sent someone to come back, again, the work was the worst I have ever seen for what I would expected. The list could go on and on. "Stacie was awesome! I needed garage shelves hung….simple, right? Nope. Not my luck. The problem was with the studs, or lack there of, in my garage walls. They were missing and/or not spaced properly. Anyways, Stacie and her husband figured it out with a couple trips to the hardware store for special dry wall anchors and made it happen. As perplexing as it was they handled it GREAT. The one wall couldn’t even hold any shelves bcz it was “stud-less” so they hung what they could and explained other options for more shelves on a different part of the wall. Confused? We all were, too. They did great and will call them back when I am ready for more shelves."
