Sean was prompt with his callbacks. The crew was on time and the job turned out beautifully! I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The contractor we hired to do some concrete work had to leave the project halfway through. McVan Development stepped in to finish the job. They responded to my job post quickly and were able to squeeze us in the next day. The quality of the work is excellent.

it was a bit expensive.. I only had the work partially done given the price.

The concrete work looks good. The subcontractor that they hired to install the iron railings and posts did a poor job, installing ironwork that rusted within three months. McVan ultimately found somebody who fixed the issue. I found their customer service frustrating.

The contract expectations did not get communicated accurately to the worksite crew so crew cut corners that left owners with a float finish instead of the trowel finish the contract required

We hired them because of Home Advisor, but their work was horrible, sloppy, unprofessional. and because winter arrived, we all agreed they would be back in the Spring to remove the original job and redo ir properly. Our attempts to get them to return and do what was needed in two days, not one day, have failed. They say the job is too small. We withheld 50% of the total project cost. When we finally talked with Sean he agreed to return our original payment and a waiver of lien in order to resolve his not wanting to redo the job. I emailed both John and Sean to clarify our agreement. When we called John (the salesman and person who actually worked on the job) he says he has nothing to do with Sean's projects. What? He is responsible for the bad outcome. We are out $975.00 and we still need to have have a concrete job removed and replaced. Home Advisor needs to do a better job vetting their companies. This company deserves NO STARS! I have photos to prove it.

Professional and timely .

Everything was as fast or faster than expected and I got exactly what I needed. Definitely a good outfit.

DO NOT HIRE! We were quoted 3-4 days for the project to be completed and it took 13 days. They had bad concrete on the first pour, but instead of stopping the pour they continued to concrete the entire back yard. Then they had to start all over. You would think they would do everything in their power to make up for the lost time, however, there were two days where no one showed up or called to tell us they were not showing up. When I contacted Sean he could not and would not give me a reason for the no shows. Upon completion of the job, the concrete stamping was poor, but the color of the concrete was really nice. Their housekeeping skills are completely lacking. There was visible caked on concrete all over my sidewalk, the fence where they dumped all of the gravel before the concrete was bent out of shape and there was concrete on my pool. Sean contacted us for payment after the patio was done asking for payment. I told him that the housekeeping needed to be done before we would pay him. I had to go back and forth with Sean for a while before he would send someone to do the housekeeping. He sent one guy and the poor guy had his son there to help him. Still the fence isn't fixed, there is still concrete caked on the sidewalk and there is still concrete on our pool. We just paid Sean to get rid of him. He didn't want to show face with us so he sent someone else to pick up the payment. Do not hire these guys, you will regret it.

Work was good and fast.

Company representative was extremely helpful and willing to accommodate wishes of the church with constructive ideas, and the price was very competitive. Quality of work was excellent and the project was completed in a timely manner.

Long on promises but short on delivery.

Sean was the best, and the crew was great. On time, professional. I would highly recommend McVann for any and all concrete work.

Sean and his crew did a great job. It was a small project to remove 144' of concrete and replace but it was a tough job. They did it in 1 day and it was a near perfect job. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Competitive pricing and quality work. They are willing to take on unusual projects and do agood job. Follow up after the main part of the job is completed is a little slow but it does happen.
