Then came the beautiful new deck! They explained everything that they would be doing & gave me wonderful choices of materials. They even helped me put in a permanent flag pole in my yard! "Grant and Chris are fabulous. They should have 6-7 stars, honestly. Excellent communication! They came when they said they’d be here, did excellent and thorough work, took it in stride when I added tasks to the job, gave me a fair price for their work, and were very cautious about cleaning up and taking care when coming in and out and walking through the house. They are also highly skilled and well-rounded. They handled a leak, roofing, deck replacement, fixing siding, securing railing, trimmimg and cutting a wall, setting in cabinets, wall repair, paint, repairing tile and vinyl plank floor and moving an electrical outlet. Other estimates I had for the same jobs insisted I’d need a roofer and electrician in addition to the carpentry and general wall work. These two did it all. They were efficient with their time but never rushed. They took the time for each task that was required. On top of that, they are just really good guys with pleasant and easy-to-be-around energy. They will be my go-to duo for the other projects on my list when my budget allows. I would trust them with any project for my home. So very glad I found them. Highly, highly, highly recommend."

I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"We were nothing but impressed from our first interaction with Ken and Linda Buford.  They returned our initial call immediately and even came out that night to assess the project's time and cost.  We received a written estimate and paint samples in very timely manner.  Once we scheduled the job, Ken and Linda worked as a team to prep and paint the area.  Their attention to detail was evident from the start of the work.  The work was extremely thorough and done quickly.  I would consider myself a "picky" client and they definitely exceeded my expectations. The edging and trim work were clean and the lines were impeccable. They use 2 coats of quality paint.  They cleaned up everything and left no messes. I appreciated that they listened carefully to what we wanted done, gave us some suggestions and delivered a beautiful end result.  There was nothing I would have had them do differently.  Anymore, I don't think you find many talented, true professionals, like Ken, who can deliver such stellar results.  I would recommend them beyond a shadow of a doubt.  In fact, because they did such a fantastic job, we are having them paint the outside of our house as well."

"Joe did an outstanding job! He tackled a big job, in only 2 weeks! We had our upstairs living space + hallway, bathroom, stair banister and railings, and kitchen walls + trim, with the ceilings as well. Along with removing old wall paper throughout the house. We ended up adding the doors to be painted upstairs, with our bathroom vanity and kitchen cabinets. He had no problem adjusting to those additions. Not only was his work excellent, but him and his daughter were very nice and easy to get along with. Ypu can just tell he has a passion for his job, which is why his work is so awesome! His communication was also great! Would highly suggest for anyone looking for a change of fresh paint! We also plan to hire him again for some other home projects!"
