Description of Work: We purchased some new furniture from them recently. When we first entered they were busy so it took a while before a sales rep. was available to help us which is the only reason they did not get an A for Responsiveness. Part of what we purchased they had in stock and delivered it the next business day. That day it was raining but they made sure to protect the furniture as they unloaded it and brought it into our home. The remainder of the order arrive a few weeks later which was right on time. They delivered again and set everything up.

Description of Work: I purchased accent chairs (swivel type). The salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. He knew exactly where the types of chairs I wanted were on the showroom floor. He didn't try to rush me. He helped me hone in on the kind of fabrics and colors that I needed and wanted. Delivery was punctual and chairs were received without damage. The chairs were a little more expensive than some other places I looked, but they are of better quality, are sturdy and worth the extra dollars.

 + -1 moreThe show room is not as big and fancy as other furiture stores, but they will glad sit down with you and go over all of the catalogs. I also like that they do not presure you while you are in the store. I have bought other items since and have been very happy with thier service. Once I know what I want I stop by and they usually can get me the items I want at a cheaper price.
Description of Work: I found a couch and chairs that I liked at another place and started checking pricing with other furniture stores. They came in a few hundred cheaper then anyone else. They also gladily remove the old furiture at no additional cost which was another plus.

 + -1 moreHarriet was very friendly and went out of her way to show me the furniture I wanted to buy, not what she wanted to sell. She helped me go through tons of catalogs to determine what I wanted and helped with calculations to see if it would fit in my room. The furniture was delivered sooner than expected with the exception of one night stand damaged in transit to them. That night stand was reordered, reshipped and delivered sooner than expected. The delivery men came sooner than expected (they had to wait for me) and were very polite and professional. Great service. No better place to buy furniture in the Metro East area.
