The grey paint did bleed through the tape onto the baseboard trim in a couple locations but he made certain to repaint the trim and not just leave it up to us to fix. That was very professional of him.

"Sunnyview came to the property and removed a couple of trees for us and did a great job. They were very professional and did exactly what we needed them to do. They cleaned everything up after grinding out the stump’s and we had to put sod down and they did a fantastic job. They were the best price after having several other quotes and they were always friendly and nice and matter-of-fact we are going to have them come out again this coming spring to do more work for us. "I had to rent a dempster and throw away my old decking myself. Did not know that I had to to take the measurements that he gave me to Home Depot myself, which I had to make several visit about 5. He said I went over in hours so it was about 500.00 I did not know until he was completed. I don’t have a rail to hold on to to get up the steps. I will ask multiple questions before I buy a deal again."

"They done a ton of work over here and they are very good, very good! They are wonderful. Everybody else quoted us 2,3,4 times the amount they charged us and where some places said that we will not know how much to charge us until we will get in there. So, they came in and did their thing. We also had an electric board heater put a bathroom downstairs. That was okay. That was probably the only thing that I was dissatisfied with, but overall with all the massive amount of work we had them do, I wouldn't even bother reviewing that. That was incidental compared to everything else.
  The duct work was $4000. The flood system was $4000. I can't remember what they charged us for routing out pipes and everything. It was nothing by comparison.
  At least 2 people came out to do the work each time. They communicated very well. They listen to us and they did exactly what we wanted them to do. They worked very well with us, like one plumbing guy came out with a duct guy for the heating, and they talked together and then they talked about who was going to do what and when they was going to do it. They was crystal clear about their proposals and yeah, all good.
