"I wanted transoms in the picture window. Armando came out to discuss sizing so that the proportions were correct for the size of the window. He was very professional and took the time to discuss the various options. Later, we had a miscommunication in the original order resulting in a misordered window. Jimmy called immediately and worked with us to find a solution that pleased both parties. I am very happy with the level of service and the quality of the Windows."

"I highly recommend Eric to anyone with furniture issues. He is knowledgeable, efficient, on time and does exceptionally fine work. Eric explained everything that was broken in my recliner and specifically how he would repair it. He gave me a reasonable estimate and finished the job under estimate. I have had my Barcalounger for years and it hasn't worked as easilly for a long time. I am truely grateful to have contacted Mr. Fiore, he is exceptional."
