Strait-Line Decorating

I am extremely pleased with Strait-Line! They did an outstanding job painting the interior of my home. The owner, Steve, was easy to work with and was helpful. Josh and the crew arrived on time every day. They were very professional, customer oriented and paid close attention to details. I will definitely use this company for future projects and highly recommend them for yours!

The job went beautifully! Strait-Lines employees were punctual, professional, and extremely tidy. Their work was outstanding! Cut lines were straight, patches were undetectable, and the final wall coat looked rich and even with absolutely no roller trails or flashing. I recommend Strait-Line to everyone for any and all painting jobs.

I had water damage and needed to get the wall fixed.  When it came time to paint, I went with Strait-Line.  She did a great job of matching the faux design and colors on the other walls.  She was very personable and professional.  She arrived on time for each appointment.  The job took 2 days to complete.  I would recommend her to anyone.

I explained to the owner that it was important that the estimate be on target and no paint gets on the floors or trim because we were putting the house up for sale. I even asked him to measure the rooms to be sure there would be enough paint, which he said was unnecessary. I asked him if he was positive about the price because we could not afford much more. He then decided to add $100 to the price. The workers were very nice, on time, and professional looking. However, the job took 2 days longer than expected, I had to spend several hundred dollars more on paint than expected, and paint drips wound up everywhere, even on the carpeting. The crew chief always addressed my complaints, but a lot of the problems were so noticeable that I don't think I should have had to point them out to him. There were very noticeable streaks, spots that were not painted, and paint that was already peeling off. After they left, I noticed that they damaged the floor and a wall while moving a table.

THIS COMPANY AND CREW WERE TRULY AMAZING. THEY WERE ALWAYS PROMPT, CLEAN AND COURTEOUS. THE WORKMANSHIP WAS JUST PERFECT. I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATED THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THIS IS CLEARLY A COMPANY THAT KNOWS WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE CUSTOMERS HAPPY.
