"Just had the ducts cleaned and the dryer vent cleaned. The guys had shown up right on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything before they started the work. "Dillon was a great guy and worked fast and efficient. My house is 50 plus years old and the duct work had never been cleaned. Post the work, the house even smelled better. I am in the middle of a complete remodel and living in the house. I had all 11 vent grilles removed -(saved Dillon a pile of time not having to remove and re-install) and I would have thought a discount would have been in order."

"they went above & beyond. cleaned vent exit on roof, which had a 2" by 4" solid hunk of crud stuck in vent. now my dryer works wonderful! I would tip them, except I'm poor & still need to do other jobs."

"Due to weather , had to do all work from inside. I was told there would be no dust/soot to worry about. He brought one small drop cloth that would not have even covered the rug he was walking across to the fireplace. However, I had covered my leather sofa and some of the area rug in front of fireplace. After he left, I found a light dusting of sooty residue on a few nearby surfaces. Not sure if the vacuum was working properly but I would recommend covering all furniture or rugs in immediate area."
