Capeesh did our at roof five years ago and did a good job. Lukas the owner has been out a couple of times since for things which ended up not being roof related. Punctual and did a good job. Would recommend.

We have a geodesic dome house, 95% is roof. Capeesh replaced our whole roof due to storm damage. It was substantially better than the roof we had. They came early every day, stayed late and cleaned up every day. The crew worked well with each other, everyone knew their specific task. We had a storm the day after they were done, Capeesh came by to see if everything was still OK. Like the old days, someone who takes pride in their workmanship. I would call them again, but this roof should last forever.
We had Lukas from Capeesh Construction come over to check out a leak we noticed near our chimney, thinking it was going to be a quick fix. During his inspection, he alerted us to a large amount of wind and hail damage across our entire roof. He was super helpful in guiding us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance, ensuring everything from start to finish went smoothly. Everything wrapped up faster than expected, resulting in a new roof, gutters, and skylights. The team that Lukas brought in was fantastic. They were respectful, kept to their schedule, did top-notch work, and thoroughly cleaned up when it was all done. We’re really impressed with how it all turned out and are feeling pretty grateful for how easy Lukas and his crew made the whole process. Will definitely use Capeesh in the future for any roofing needs.
Can’t say enough positive things about this company. Very reliable and trustworthy. They replaced our entire roof a few years ago and we’ve had zero problems. When a storm caused massive tree branch to fall and punch a hole in the roof, I called Lukas on a Friday evening and he was literally out the next day to fix it. It’s more than I expected and now the roof once again looks like new. Highly recommend.
The owner and s right I should not have done that
I recommend a great company,
Good communication, did a great job.
Great customer services
Capeesh was excellent to work with. They are job foreman and insurance liaison was excellent. They did the work quickly and their crew was very polite.
Helped with the insurance claim and replaced the roof quickly.
Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient.
Got to admit I had a hard time with the name "Capeesh" construction! But during the process Perry M. came through with everything he promised and won me over! He went the extra mile on every aspect of explaining, communicating and follow through. Perry had the crew supervisor meet with me on site and go over all my concerns prior. Very pleased with Perry, the crew and final job!
Very thorough and professional. Quality work and great follow through working with insurance company.
It's always nice to work with someone with experience. Dave is one of those who strive to do a good job and thorough. I would tell you to work with him. I have worked with many in my 50 years of work history, so I will tell you to trust Dave.
Hey, guys, it has been a while that I posted. I just wanted to share my thoughts about the plethora of fly-by-night roofing companies that are either soliciting our houses or managing to get jobs. I have dealt with my share already and I am pretty sure I have damage. but having consulted for construction businesses over the years I know that the one thing you do not get is a discount just for the heck of it or a sign on your lawn or by referring another neighbor. or more importantly that insurance companies can be quoted gamed because they know how to make them work on your behalf. Regardless insurance will work on your behalf. They as well have a staked interest in the quality of the work. As most of us know your roof whether its a repair or replacement is the last thing you want a poor job done on. So during the course of my research for a contractor, I ran across a business that has stellar reviews and has been around for a very long time but is unique in the sense that it will do a video inspection and share it with you so you see what they see. I am going to post their name and phone number here and if you want to get the same quality information I did when you call if you need to ask for Jennifer. from a standpoint of location it might be handy if you tell them you saw the Homeadvisor review from the guy in the Fairfield Way or Foxmoor subdivisions. To make sure you get the free video. Hope this helps anybody who is still considering. (847) 620-9165 http://www.capeeshconstr******.com
I had a roof leak and I found these guys through home advisor. They inspected my roof, advised me on what I needed, and even helped me get a claim started with my insurance company. Their representative came out to my house again the day the insurance adjuster showed up. They both went through my needed repairs together. There was absolutely no problem getting the repairs scheduled and completed, even though my situation was somewhat of an emergency. With the two groups working together, there was absolutely no problem. I have a new roof and gutters right before the snow season, with all the associated warranties regarding the work and the materials.
Jennifer was an excellent communicator. Kept me informed throughout.
Capeesh was responsive and helpful (he found hail damage on the roof that we weren t aware of). His crew was friendly and cleaned up after their work. The price was reasonable.
Capeesh did everything right. Handled all my questions, quickly corrected the minor and little issues that came up and fully satisfied my expectations.
The quality of the roof would tell over time but they did the work on time. Interior work for a roof bulge was done professionally though they raise the price from $1000 to $1500 towards the end.
I was discouraged when after I chose to hire them, the guy who came out was no longer with the company. They said they would still honor the quote and Lukas would be my new project manager. I never spoke to or met Lukas and when the guys came out, they didn't know the full details of what was to be done. I let them do what they came to do and then got a call from Jennifer saying the job was complete. I let her know I would need a new invoice since only part was done. She said she'd get back to me but never did. Instead 2 new guys showed up unannounced ready to get on my roof. Mind you, the truck was unmarked and I had no proof they were with Capeesh other than a hand written note of what they were supposed to do. I sent them away and then received a phone call from Lukas asking if they could finish my job. I said no I would just like to pay for what was done.
Customer service was great. I think Jenny Contacted me on timely manner. Miguel is good guy who explained me all things in detail prior to work and fixed the roof next day. Pretty happy.
Very timely and professional
I called 5 other roofing companies to look at my roof and they were the only company that called back. They called back right away and came out that day and looked at my roof and fixed it the next day. Nice and friendly company.
