My house was built in 1953 and I don’t think the vents have ever been cleaned since the house was built. I know I’ve been here for 25 years and never had them cleaned and every fall when I turned the furnace on I get that burned dust smell. He cleaned the vents, cleaned the dryer vent, and the price was very reasonable in my opinion.. I observed how much dust and lint and dirt he pulled out of my vents and of course, since the house was built in 53 there was a lot. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! We charge by the hour or by the job using a flat-rate pricing catalog, we do not charge overtime fees and we are On-Call twenty four hours a day, seven days a week .We prefer to be payed at time of service, however arrangements can be made under the right circumstances. "What I didn't like, I hadn't had any other problem in my house until I had an air conditioning problem.  While, they did take care of fixing most of the stuff with the air conditioning.  I did have to pay for the coolant that went into it, that was kind of aggravating, since you  know you are already going to pay a $60-$80 service charge for something and the you turn around and think you are covered and find out there are gaps of coverage.  We'll fix the part and pay for the labor but everything else is on you.  I think outside of price all the categories are an "A".  For price I'd give it a "C", because it's not like you are getting complete coverage.  I'd use them again if I needed to, I'd definitely consider it."
