I bought a $99 big deal for this service. I used them just the one time. They showed up, did the work and left. They have never contacted me again and did not even tell me they were leaving. They just showed up and said they would do it then. They did and that was the end of it. They came about a week after I purchased the deal. They were on time, did the work with no drama, but they have never followed up and I never received any communication from them again. It is their missed opportunity, I don't care. They did not do anything wrong; it was fine.
