They explained their process and told us what to expect in a very clear and understandable manner. They then fired up their machines and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpet and couches. They moved at a great speed, worked really hard and got all the stubborn stains out. I wish I could show you some "before and after pictures", it is almost unbelievable.
