Quoted me an hourly rate since the job had already been started (instead of his usual price/job). I was nervous about that before he started, but he worked really hard without stopping and the total price was reasonable. He came back early & stayed late to get job finished before Christmas company arrived. Thorough prepping before working & clean-up afterwards. He also suggest a $10 fix to my ceiling, which looks great and meant we didn't have to repaint the whole ceiling. I would use him again, and highly recommend. Very professional. "
