IMO... Very shotty work.. leaking windows, mushrooms growing in window sills, Gaps in flooring, drywall looks like a 3 year old did it. Will not return calls let alone fix the issues.

The workers and the workmanship was good. I'm not as satisfied with the windows themselves. They did a very good job. They came back and tried to help. They're hard to close. It's a quality issue. Probably, we should have spent more.

The guys who came to "sell" me the project were super friendly and helpful... until the contracts were signed.  We were told it would be about 2 weeks until work would start (their website says that normal turnaround is 2 weeks as well).  The contracts said 6-8 weeks, just to cover their butts....

We found their services to be quite satisfactory. They also offered to come back to redo some things that we thought could be done a little better. They also did some windows for $5 per window or $10 for inside and out.

I would highly not recommend them. They were awful. They ordered the wrong product and they were the wrong size. The had to redo the windows two times. They didn't meet any timelines. They wouldn't return my phone calls. It was a very bad experience.
