"A very thorough job of installation of the windows. The windows look, and feel MUCH better than Our old windows."

"Andrea was great to work with and she wasn't pushy like a few others I got quotes from. She knew the product and was able to answer questions. Brett and Aurelio was great when they came to install the windows. They explained how the process was going to go and how long it should take. Great group of people and would highly recommend them."

"Todd was very diligent in getting our window repaired. He helped us find, order and replace the right part for our window. I will definitely contact him for future handyman work."

"Replaced all windows and patio door. Did just what they said that they would do. Sent an update email every couple weeks while the windows were being constructed. Install went very smoothly. Only unexpected delay has been getting the city building inspector out here now that work has been completed."

Husband worked for many years and decided to take over the family business

Im very good at what i do. Very friendly and reliable.

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition.
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."
