"Andrea was great to work with and she wasn't pushy like a few others I got quotes from. She knew the product and was able to answer questions. "He did all his work remotely via the internet. It was all very simple from my standpoint since all I did was assist him in getting the link with my computer and he took it from there. The computer was so slow and overrun with adware that it was virtually unusable.when he started but since Jim applied his touch to it, it works great again. I will certainly call on him again when/if I have further computer problems and will recommend him to my friends. Some of the functions were not even working when he started and they are working now.

I have had them since 1994 because I like the service and stuff provided to me. I have several properties in Alabama and they have done work there too. I have not had any problems out of American Home Shield. Their responsiveness is one of the main reasons why I continue to use them. The price is included in my premium.
