Our Design/Build division is quite diverse, offering anything from decks to full kitchen remodels to Design and Build Custom Homes. Our Custom Homes are high-end, so we may not be the least expensive, but we are the best. If high quality and detail is what you are looking for, we are the team to provide it. "Our Larson storm door closer was caught by the wind and ripped the bracket away from the exterior door frame. Chris Engle promptly arrived when he said he would. Polite and professional, he accessed the damage and told me what he could do on the spot for the least amount of money. Not a pretty job for what he had to work with unless we wanted to replace the whole door and frame, but he made our exterior door and storm door useable. He also installed a wind chain on the storm door for added protection."

Our trained staff has experience in Epoxies, Polyaspartics, Polyurias, Urethanes, Sealers, Densifiers, Dyes, Acid Stains, Concrete Overlays and more! Hardy's owner Chad Leddy grew up in Watertown SD and has been contracting for over 10 years. As the industry has grown so has Chad and his staff. Polymer coatings are very durable and cost efficient but take a lot of knowledge and experience to use them and apply them correctly. Through the years we have continued to educate ourselves and have been certified in many manufactures products and application techniques. The equipment we use is efficient and HEPA certified and recognized as some of the top brands in the industry.
