"Jason and his crew were professional and friendly. The prep work prior to painting was detail-oriented and the paint job itself was exceptional. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend."

my business is fully ensured. I work by my self usually unless I have a big project and then I will sub-contract "Duckys window cleaning" who is a local window washing business that I have worked with for Many years and they do great work. I offer 15% off your first window cleaning. I also will send out coupons periodically via e-mail or postal mail.

Clean regularly and inspect seals for wear. Replace damaged parts promptly to maintain effectiveness.

The best time to clean the outside of your house is during your outdoor spring cleaning. Wait until late spring, after the wave of pollen is done coating your home. You can also wash your house in late fall–before the first freeze–to remove leaves and branches from the gutters.

Unless it’s written into the purchase agreement, there’s no legal obligation that a house you’ve bought has to be clean before you move in. The previous owner is generally required to sweep the house, but that doesn’t guarantee everything will be spotless upon your arrival. If possible, discuss the cleaning requirements with the real estate company before moving in.

To remove new construction dust, use a vacuum with a HEPA filter on all surfaces, including furniture and carpet. Follow that up with a damp mop to pick up lingering dust on hard surfaces. Take some time cleaning appliances and ceiling fans. Finally, clean all of the air filters and properly ventilate the home. Stay away from sweeping, as this will spread the dust around.

Getting a streak-free shine after cleaning your windows requires both the right cleaning solutions—which can either include warm water and dish soap or warm water and rubbing alcohol—and the right tools—namely, a squeegee and a microfiber cloth. To make your streak-free glass cleaner, combine one gallon of warm water with a few drops of dish soap, and mix. Apply with a sprayer or sponge, and then dry with a squeegee, microfiber cloth, or old black-and-white newspaper pages.
