He is extremely responsive by text and phone. He sends photo updates every day which is a refreshing change to the people I had doing work for me previously that only sent me daily excuses about why stuff didn’t get done. He is very proactive in communicating about updates and calls me to clarify what I would want on different things like electrical, paint colors, lighting, etc. He also came to my rescue and was able to have his team rebuild a deck for me that had failed inspection with my previous worker. David didn’t even hesitate to offer help and gave me options about finishes. He finished the game room remodel in 3 weeks just like he proposed in his contract.
