"(I wrote this once already and it wouldn't go through bc the review wouldn't accept my computer software. Arg! So the mere fact that I am RE-WRITING this is a testament to how good this company is).  They were very professional, promt, courteous, interested, and knowlegeable throughout the entire process.  Upon initial interviwe and price estimate, I was a little disheartened bc they told me that I needed an initial Deep Clean Service. She estimated that my nearly 4000 sq ft home needed at least a 4hr deep clean before initiating a weekly service.  The history here is that I had been using a weekly cleaning service for 20 years. During that 20 years, I have used several different services and have lived in several different homes. I have been in this home for almost 10 years and have had about 3 or 4 different services and had fired my last cleaning service bc they charged $140 each week and the job kept getting worse and worse.  So, when Sweet&Green suggested I need an initial Deep Clean....I wondered why. I knew I had not been getting my moneys worth of cleaning each week and that IS why I fired the last cleaning service the day before....BUT my house wasn't filfthy, it just needed more attention each week for the about the same price. She agrred to do a scaled down version of their deep clean and I was good with that.  However, as a few days went by, I saw more and more of what Sweet&Green saw, and that was neglected areas of the house that the last service just never properly attended. The day of my scheduled deep cleaning, I called and I asked if they would be able to go ahead and do the full suggested deep clean service. they said they would do what they could over and above our initial agreement for todays deep clean.  Wow!They showed up with 4 women who were ready to work. They were all professional, organized and on the ball. They cleaned everything! They had ladders, they had it all.   They ended up cleaning for 6 straight hours. No breaks that I ever saw. I had NO idea that my house needed such intense attention bc I had been having weekly cleanings (with other cleaning services, mind you).  They even coordinated their sister company< Stanley Steamer< top come out that same afternoon and steam clean my white carpet on the stairs and in an upstairs family room.  Sweet&Green, LLC did not charge me the full 6 hrs of work, working 4 women the whole time. They were far more than fair to me. I did agree to weekly cleaning with them at a fraction over the cost of whatI paid my last cleaning service.  I paid the Stanley Steamer a seperate one time charge. He did a beautiful job on removing pet stains (from my new white carpet) and I was very happy about it and tipped him some extra cash.  I also tipped the 4 girls for the initial Deep Clean. They did an extraordinary job and every penny spent was worth it and much more.  2 of the same women that did my initial deep cleaning came back this week for my regular weekly cleaning. I like the fact that I had a team that already knew my house well and understood my pet peeves and main interests when cleaning my home...(which is more than I can say for my last cleaning service that came every week for several years!)  I was not present this time when they cleaned but they did things that were above and beyond the call of duty and I really appreciate the fantastic quality of service, attention, and CARE:)  They took care of my home as if it were theirs, perhaps even better.   Do yourself a serious favor and let Sweet&Green service your home. "I had carpet removed in my moms mobile home and repaired some water damaged spots then installed vinyl .Teresa was wonderful to work with, I felt that we were a team on a mission to make my mom happy. She did exactly what she said she would do when she said she would do it. With me being over 100 miles away this meant a lot to me to have someone that cared about the customer. My mom loves her new floor. The workers did a wonderful job in fixing all of the bad spots they were caring in wanting everything done right they were clean and did a wonderful job.
