He returned my call quickly and asked for pictures of the damaged window as well as pictures of another window in my home for comparison. He said he didn't want to put in a piece of wood fresh from the lumberyard that did not match the rest of the home (he brought a piece of heart pine that matched the color of other windows in my home).
