"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

Mold Test Company
Mold Test Company
When you have mold, making the correct decisions right away is critical. Whether it’s mold in your home, school, place of work or apartment there are many factors to consider. Will you be seeking property damages? Is anyone sick from mold exposure? Do you just want to test to be sure your environment is safe? Do you need Post Mold Remediation Testing to ensure a good job was done? These and other factors are questions which need to be answered before any environmental testing starts. It’s important to know what your goals are and why your testing. Different goals require different environmental tests, i.e. medical damages & property damages require different environmental tests to prove your case in court. Tests that a common or inexperienced mold inspector would not typically use or know to use.

"I regret to inform others of our horrendous experience with Georgia Clean and Associates. Tasked with handling a biohazard cleanup following the passing of my father, their service was grossly unsatisfactory. Their response time was painfully slow, requiring several days to even begin addressing our situation, then it took them an astonishing several weeks to complete the cleanup. Not only was their efficiency in question, but their communication was absolutely abysmal. It was as if we were left in the dark, with little to no updates about progress or processes. The ultimate shock was receiving an exorbitant cleanup bill, well into the six figures. Their quoted price was deemed too excessive by our insurance provider and was not settled. To add insult to injury, they have now resorted to threatening us legally, demanding we send them $46,000 from our repair funds or face a lawsuit in five days. I cannot stress enough how you should avoid Georgia Clean and Associates at all costs. Their poor service and callous approach during a period of intense grief was not only unprofessional but heartless. Families dealing with loss deserve a company that empathizes with their situation, not one that exacerbates it. Please seek out a better-staffed, more professional and esteemed company who truly understands the emotional toll such circumstances can bring. You deserve a firm that will help you navigate through such difficult times, not one that victimizes you further."

Get Bats Out of Georgia
Get Bats Out of Georgia
While we highly respect bats and all they do for the environment, we understand that bats and humans are not meant to cohabit the same building or home. Bats do eat 1000′s of mosquitoes each night, but in your home they bring the risk of rabies, Histoplasmosis, Property Damage, and Bat Bugs (often mistaken for bed bugs). In a commercial setting, you can add liability, loss of customers, and depreciation. We remove live bats from all types of commercial and residential buildings. We do not harm the bats – we perform an “exclusion” followed by a “bat proofing”. When needed we also perform Histoplasmosis remediation and guano clean up. Our bat removal service is nationwide and we offer quick response. Most bats are legally protected and some, such as the Indiana Bat and the Gray Bat, are classified as endangered species by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. We comply with all state and federal laws and guidelines such as: Wildlife Nuisance Permits where necessary Full Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance OSHA Safety Protocols Strictly Followed Current Rabies Shots for all Personnel working with bats

If you have decided that hiring a professional to refinish your floors will be faster and more satisfactory, you can expect to pay between $1,000 and $2,500. In general, yes, it's worth repairing an appliance over replacing it. If the repair will give you more years of reliable service from the oven and the repair costs less than buying a comparable new model, then yes, get it repaired. If, on the other hand, the oven is reaching the end of its life and needs a costly repair, you're likely better off buying a new oven.
Appliances that are smudge-proof stainless steel have a protective clear coating that makes them smudge-proof. Unfortunately, you can’t truly remove a scratch on this surface without also removing that special coating. Your best bet is to let the scratch be or protect it with a small dab of clear nail polish.
You can risk the option of buffing out the scratches, and be very diligent in coating the area you buffed with oil to reduce the dullness. Just know that if you choose to buff it out, there’s a possibility that the spot won’t look the same as the rest of the appliance.
DIY kits are available, but the quality of the results varies, and professionals ensure smooth finishes free from streaks or mismatched colors.
