When I approached the Kennesaw location in an effort to rectify this and have this classified as a billing error was told no. Still on my credit statement over three years later. They recently attempted to sell my elderly sister a second air filter when the filter she has was rated to cover her square footage. Trying to take advantage of the elderly."
