The technicians, Billy and Jake, thoroughly inspected the system and removed the clogs.  In addition, they noticed what was most likely a long standing leak in the system, which was actually causing some damage to the surrounding plaster.  As new owners of the home, we had not previously noticed this. They will return to do additional repair work as parts are available.
The work was done professionally, efficiently and they wore shoe booties while working inside!  A minor detail that speaks well of any company.  I was left with sense that Billy and Jake were highly knowledgeable and ethical, which reflects very highly on Beam as a whole.

My wife, and I, were pleasantly surprised at the ease of dealing with Beam and its reps. and we would be pleased to highly recommend the Company in the future. The only cost to us was the Service call fee ($ 89.00) all else was under warranty.

Bill & Jake cleaned up completely as well as adjusting the vacuum hose cover and removing all the tangles......a service that they apply to all Vacuum maintenance jobs.

Beam representative reattached muffler and then emptied debris and cleaned unit free of charge. My unit is six years old. That is what I call customer service. I have visited their business 2-3 times to purchase new brushes, etc and they are always so friendly and helpful. I don't think you can go wrong using Beam of Knoxville.

Beem Of Knoxville worked for a higher end price. They're ridiculously good. They're really responsive.

When the house was built, we used beem for the central vacuum cleaner. We have been really happy with it. After 15 years or so it had to be replaced. I had a new system, motor, and equipment put in. The advantage of the central vacuum system for people who have asthma and allergies is that the debris from vacuuming goes directly into the garage. Even with a filter on a regular vacuum you can't get 100% of the particles, but you never get a backflow from a central vacuum. I have tried other vacuum cleaners and nothing has been as good for my asthma as a central vacuum cleaner. I have been so happy with the product itself.

Recently, when I finally emptied the bag for the vacuum, I couldn't get it back on. I called a technician named Billy Bowling; he was so gracious, he didn't make me feel stupid for not ever emptying the bag and not knowing how to put it back on. He cleaned out the system for me. The sock that you put on the hose to prevent the vacuum from hitting furniture was slightly damaged so he replaced that. I have been really happy with this company. They are able to make the vacuuming quite quiet. The motor is in the garage so vacuuming is not noisy. I recommend the product and the quality of the workmanship. For me it is worth it for the health reasons.

During the process, all conversations were handled professionally, and they performed every task that they said they would complete. During the installation, a couple of problems arose; the tubing could not be installed as originally planned, thus the installation took 2 days rather than the 1-day that was priced. However, even though the job took an additional day, the originally estimated price was exactly what we paid. The installers did an exceptional job, and even though they cut through numerous walls to install the ducts, there was absolutely no mess when they were done. additionally, they did a thorough job of explaining how to use the system.

We have never had a problem dealing with Beem. We feel that they are so polite, they work well, and they clean up after themselves after they are done working here (a big one with me!) Their employees always present themselves very nicely, and are easy to talk to. I also feel that their workers are honest, they work efficiently, and that the company has good ethics. We had been scammed a while back by a landscaping company and so we really appreciate it when companies like Beem really care about their customers and take care of them.
