"The Handy Duo was amazing from first contact. We were in a bind with a previous contractor that decks failed inspection miserably. The contractor was not able to be reached after multiple attempts in various avenues to correct the failures. The Handy Duo were thorough and educational in walking us through exactly what the failures were and why from a safety perspective. The Handy Duo also walked us through exactly what they would have to do to bring the decks up to code. "Great customer service and reasonable price. They installed two mini splits in my cabin in Sautee Nacoochee. They came out when promised and had the work completed the same day. Mike called a couple of days later to check and see if I had any questions and how I like the mini splits. I had a few questions which he answered. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
