"The Handy Duo was amazing from first contact. We were in a bind with a previous contractor that decks failed inspection miserably. The contractor was not able to be reached after multiple attempts in various avenues to correct the failures. "Great customer service and reasonable price. They installed two mini splits in my cabin in Sautee Nacoochee. They came out when promised and had the work completed the same day. Mike called a couple of days later to check and see if I had any questions and how I like the mini splits. I had a few questions which he answered. "Did a really professional job. Cleaned up after their work. Prepared me for what I should do to make by covering items around where duct vent removals took place. Went really smooth, looks and smells great. Paid extra for mold treatment which helps out.
